A newly surfaced memo from a Sarasota Police investigator described numerous text messages between Christian and Bridget Ziegler where the two were "on the prowl" for a female sexual encounter at different bars, according to records obtained by the Herald-Tribune. In the memo, SPD investigator Angela Cox described seeing messages where Bridget would direct Christian in search of someone they were both interested in having sex with. In the conversations, Christian would secretly take pictures of women in bars and send them to Bridget for approval. She suggested he pretend to take pictures of his beer to not get caught by the women he was photographing. "Don't come home until your d*** is wet," Bridget directed her husband, according to the memo. read more

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani was officially served with a felony indictment on Friday night for allegedly interfering in Arizona's 2020 presidential election. Officials with the office of Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes served Giuliani in front of nearly 100 guests at his 80th birthday celebration in the Palm Beach, Florida area. AG Mayes confirmed Giuliani was served in a tweet sent from her official X account, writing "the final defendant was served moments ago." She quote-tweeted a post Giuliani since deleted in which he wrote, "If Arizona authorities can't find me by tomorrow morning 1. They must dismiss the indictment; 2. They must concede they can't count votes." Mayes posted a screenshot of the tweet after it was deleted.

A 37-year-old Luzerne County man was indicted by a federal grand jury after he made death threats toward President Joe Biden and his cabinet members before an April campaign event in Scranton, the Department of Justice said. Jordan Gee, of Nanticoke, is accused of posting multiple threatening videos online before President Biden's visit to Scranton on April 16, according to a press release. In the videos, Gee said, "Joe Biden: I'm going to kill you and your whole cabinet," and, "If you come to my city in Scranton, Pennsylvania, I'm cutting your f*****g head off in front of everybody; I promise," the Department of Justice said.

Colorado Republican Lauren Boebert on Thursday was ridiculed on social media after proudly proclaiming that Donald Trump has undergone "testing for his cognitive dissonance," while making a slip-up of her own. Boebert, who earlier in the day made an appearance at a criminal court in New York in support of the former president, said during a hearing that, "President Trump, when he was in office, underwent testing for his cognitive dissonance, for his ability to function as president of the United States." The lawmaker then went on to attempt to say a line about Joe Biden, but stumbled on the word "teleprompter."
